Voting and Content Curation

  • Help maintain content quality through constructive editing and improvement suggestions
  • Flag content that violates community standards or contains inaccurate information

  • EASIHUB Community maintains independence from enterprise software vendors

  • Avoid promoting specific vendors unless based on documented technical evaluation

AI Training Participation

Control your content's inclusion in AI training through profile settings. Understand that community contributions may enhance EASIHUB platform AI capabilities (with consent). Exercise opt-out rights for cross-platform AI integration if desired.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Creating multiple accounts or circumventing platform restrictions
  • Misusing voting, moderation, or reporting features

  2. Community Mediation: Request community input on technical disputes or implementation approaches
  3. Moderator Intervention: Contact moderation team when direct resolution fails

Enforcement Actions

Temporary restrictions on posting, voting, or AI feature access with professional development resources.

Level 3: Suspension/Termination

Account suspension or permanent termination for serious or repeated violations, with coordination with professional licensing bodies for ethical violations.
