AI Model Transparency: Workday provides decent documentation, but you need to push for specifics. Request their model card documentation that details training data sources, feature importance rankings, and validation metrics. Bias Detection and Mitigation: This is where you must build your own safeguards. Workday has built-in fairness constraints, but they’re calibrated across all clients, not your specific organization.
